Terms of Service

These terms apply to stores that install and use Kudavo, a Shopify app run by Gurmehub Bilişim Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Gurmehub”, “we”), Görükle Mah. Üniversite-1 Cad. Ulutek Teknoloji Geliştirme Binası No: 933 İç Kapı No: B027, 16100 Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye. By installing Kudavo you agree to them on behalf of your store.

The service

Kudavo lets a Shopify store collect product reviews from its customers over WhatsApp, approve them and show them on its store. Features depend on the plan the store chooses in Shopify. The Free plan uses a shared Kudavo WhatsApp number that only replies to customers who write first; paid plans can send review requests and connect the store’s own WhatsApp Business number.

Your responsibilities

• Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies and Meta’s terms, and only message customers in ways WhatsApp allows.
• Have a lawful basis to contact your customers for reviews, and tell them in your own privacy policy that you use Kudavo to collect reviews.
• Publish reviews honestly. Do not write, buy or alter reviews, and do not present a review as coming from a customer who did not leave it. Kudavo labels reviews that earned a discount; keep that label.
• Follow the consumer protection and review rules that apply where you sell.
• Keep your Shopify and WhatsApp accounts secure.

Plans and billing

Plans, prices and limits are shown on Kudavo’s Shopify App Store listing and in the app. Shopify bills paid plans, and any usage charges they include, on your regular Shopify invoice. On paid plans, reviews above the monthly limit are charged per review at the rate shown on the listing. On the Free plan, reviews above the monthly limit are kept, and can be published once the store moves to a paid plan.

Your content

Reviews and media collected for your store belong to you and your customers. You let us store, process and display them only to provide Kudavo. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Kudavo running, but it depends on Shopify, Meta and other providers and may be interrupted. We may change or remove features; when a change takes away something your plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Kudavo at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms or WhatsApp’s policies, or whose messages draw an unusual number of opt-outs or reports, to protect the service and our numbers.

Liability

Kudavo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or decisions Meta or Shopify take about your accounts, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Kudavo in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Bursa courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
